Phase 1: Shift Setup

You spawn outside the Shawarma 24 kiosk. Enter through the back door — a radio voice provides initial instructions. Your first tasks are mechanical: turn on the meat grill, power on all equipment, read the rules posted on the right wall, and open the service window shutter. These rules are not flavor text. They are survival instructions covering the Smiling Man, the Inspection, moaning meat, and other critical encounters.

Before serving anyone, familiarize yourself with the kiosk layout. The serving window faces the street. The CCTV monitor sits to the left of the window. The shutter control button is to the left of the door. The back door leads outside for Inspection and environmental event evacuations. The digital clock on the right counter tracks in-game time toward the 2:00 AM Inspection.

Phase 2: Shawarma Preparation

Customers order regular shawarmas, customized shawarmas with specific ingredients, and occasionally sodas. The preparation flow involves interacting with ingredient stations using the E key on PC or tap prompts on mobile. Speed matters because customers queue up while anomalies may appear between orders. Develop an efficient path: grill to ingredients to window. In multiplayer, one player can focus on cooking while another monitors CCTV cameras.

Phase 3: Customer Evaluation Loop

Every customer triggers the same decision tree. First, perform the four-step CCTV check: Camera 1 standard, Camera 1 night vision, Camera 2 standard, Camera 2 night vision. If any check reveals abnormalities, close the shutter. If checks are clean, verify the customer is not a known dangerous anomaly profile in person. If they match a safe anomaly or normal customer, prepare and serve. If they are a special anomaly, follow their unique protocol.

Your customer quota displays above the rules on the right wall. Meet this quota to advance the clock toward morning. The shift ends when you have served enough legitimate customers and survived all events.

Phase 4: Environmental Events

Throughout the shift, environmental events interrupt the customer loop. Moaning meat requires grill shutdown and evacuation. Dripping liquid requires exit without looking up.
