These customers look strange, act oddly, or arrive in unsettling circumstances — but they are genuine patrons who must be served normally. Rejecting a safe anomaly by closing the shutter adds an error to your count, contributing to the eventual emergence of The Inspector creature.
The game deliberately tests your composure by placing safe anomalies alongside dangerous ones. Michael Myers arrives in a white horror mask and says nothing — terrifying, but harmless. Serve his shawarma. The Karate Man practices martial arts in front of your window — unusual, but serve him too. Learning this distinction separates players who achieve the Perfect Ending from those stuck with the Unstable Ending.
How to Identify Safe Anomalies
Safe anomalies pass the CCTV four-check test: they appear normal on both cameras in both standard and night vision modes. Their unusual qualities are visible in person — a martial arts outfit, a loud phone ringtone, shorter-than-average arms — but the cameras confirm they are human. If CCTV checks come back clean and the customer matches a known safe profile, prepare and serve their order.
The critical exception is the Dancing Lady. She is safe only when dancing in person at your counter. If dancing appears exclusively on CCTV night vision, that is the dangerous Night-Vision Dancer — close the shutter immediately. This single distinction causes more mistakes than any other safe-versus-dangerous confusion in the game.
Notable Safe Customers
Michael Myers is the most famous safe anomaly. His white mask references horror cinema, but he follows standard order flow silently. Serve him without fear. The Drunk Guy arrives without cash — serve him anyway; he may return later to pay. The Phone Lady has an aggressively loud ringtone but is otherwise a normal customer. Short Arms has naturally shorter limbs, a physical trait rather than a distortion.
